Summer Salad

charred corn

radish

cucumber 

spring onions

shallot

arugula

avocado

dressing

2 oz toasted sesame oil

1/2 oz apple cider vinegar

1/2 oz lime juice

1 oz PJC syrup

1/2 tsp country Dijon mustard

pinch of salt


Shake up.
